Save the date for the USM Learning & Talent Development Committee’s annual, virtual & free professional development conference! Fall Into Success: Inspire, Innovate, Lead will be held September 18-22, 2023 featuring four learning tracks: Workplace Productivity, Personal Leadership Mastery, Inclusion & Belonging and Wellness for the Workplace.
The conference kicks off on Monday, September 18 with a Keynote Panel of USM leaders – including Salisbury University’s Dr. Lawanda Dockins-Mills – followed by three days of workshops, morning mindfulness exercises and interactive feedback sessions. This completely virtual conference will be hosted on WebEx, and is open to all USM employees.
