The Buddy Program pairs up international and domestic students to form intercultural friendships. You and your partner will meet for one hour each week to learn about each other’s languages, cultures, and personal interests. Based on your application, you will be matched with someone who has a similar schedule of availability and similar interests.
The Buddy Program gives you the chance to get to know someone on campus from another country and learn about their culture. If you are an American, you get the chance to help an international student to adjust to their new life in the USA and in Salisbury. If you are an international student, you get the chance to make an American friend and to learn more about what university students in the USA are really like.
