Featuring: a notable keynote speaker, a vigil recognizing Trans Day of Remembrance, and information gathered from the Transgender Interprofessional Care Team (TICT) study. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the challenges facing the transgender community and practical strategies for providing compassionate, effective care, as well as lived experiences of the process of seeking and receiving care.
