If you purchased a parking permit during the Fall 2023 semester, you may be eligible to upgrade from an East Campus permit to a Garage permit or from a Garage permit to a Main Campus permit.  Students who have completed at least 30 credit hours as of January 2nd, 2024 may be eligible to upgrade their permit.

To be eligible to upgrade your permit, you must sign up for the waitlist through the Parking Portal.   Once the allotment for permits has been reached for both Garage and Main Campus Permits, students will no longer be able to join the waitlist.  The dates and times of when students can join the waitlist are listed below.  Waitlists will close on 1/16/23 if the maximum number of permits is not reached before the closing date.

  • Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024 for students with 90+ credit hours. 
  • Thursday, January 4th, 2024 for students with 60+ credit hours.
  • Friday, January 5th, 2024 for students with 30+ credit hours.

All parking permit upgrade requests will be reviewed, and if approved, will be available for the Spring 2024 semester.  The pricing difference will be added to your student bill.

  1. Log in with your Salisbury University log-in information.  Click on Login at the top right corner of the site and choose “Salisbury Login”.
  2. Move to the PERMITS section.
  3. Click on “Add/Edit Waitlists” and follow the steps.
