Human Resources is delighted to introduce Tina Boyd, who has temporarily joined our team in a consulting capacity. With over 25 years of impressive experience in human resources across various industries, Tina brings valuable expertise to our organization. In her role as Interim Director of Employee and Labor Relations, Tina will be instrumental in supporting the HR Office with a focus on employee and labor relations, conducting policy review and updates, and contributing to the development of our recruiting strategy, as well as other projects and assignments. Her wealth of experience and diverse background make her a valuable resource for our team, and we are excited to leverage her skills to enhance our employee relations initiatives.
Notably, Tina most recently served as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at St. Cloud Technical and Community College in Minnesota. In this capacity, she reported directly to the President and played a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions. She also served on the hiring committee for the Vice President of Human Resources at Frederick Community College in Maryland.
