The expansion of the Mini-Trashcan program is now taking place! Fulton Hall piloted the program during the Fall 2023 semester. The Mini-Trashcan pilot program was able to reduce the amount of recycling entering the waste stream via office waste by 32 percent and the amount of trashbags used by 76 percent in Fulton Hall. With these results, the program is now expanding campus-wide.

Holloway Hall, Devilbiss Hall, Guerrieri Student Union, Commons Dining Hall, Informational Technology building, and Physical Plant offices are now outfitted with mini-trashcans.
