Hello SU faculty, Staff and Students:

Faculty and students are invited to nominate faculty mentors who have proven excellent supervisors of student research or creative work at either the undergraduate or graduate level. The award will be given during a ceremony at the Salisbury University Student Research Conference on April 19, 2024. The Outstanding Research Mentor Award will recognize a faculty member who has inspired excellence in independent student projects (whether creative, case study, or research based). We seek nominations from all disciplines and levels (undergraduate and graduate) taught at the university.

Nominating faculty, students, and staff are asked to write a brief letter addressing the nominee’s performance as a research mentor, including, where relevant, a history of projects supervised, publication record, venues where the work was presented, and specific benefits to present and former students.

Call for nominations – Due April 1st  to Donna Knopf (drknopf@salisbury.edu)
