We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Michael Papagikos as Director of Employee Experience in the Office of Human Resources. Mike brings more than 12 years of extensive human resources experience to SU, and most recently served as an Employee Relations Manager at Tallahassee Community College.
In his new role, Mike will oversee critical aspects of our employee experience, including recruitment, professional and organizational development, as well as employee and labor relations. Mike has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering positive employee experiences and driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to joining SU, Mike played a pivotal role in shaping the employee relations landscape at his previous organization, where he implemented best practices, facilitated impactful training programs, and spearheaded recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Mike’s deep understanding of employee engagement strategies and his ability to navigate complex labor relations issues will be invaluable assets as we continue to prioritize the well-being and growth of our employees.
