Summer I MUSC 201 -701 course is the online version of the MUSC-201 Introduction to Music Theory course. It will be delivered completely online via the MyClasses@SU system with no Face-to-Face meetings.
The course will focus on music fundamentals such as notation, melody, rhythm, keys, and harmony and will include melodic and harmonic writing, terms and symbols understanding. Little or no musical experience is required. 4 credits. This course satisfies the General Education Group III-A or III-C requirement and could be taken as an elective.
