Join the SU Libraries and Department of Biological Sciences for a family friendly book talk with Dr. David Shiffman, author of Why Sharks Matter: A Deep Dive with the World’s Most Misunderstood Predator. A Q&A and book signing will follow.

Dr. David Shiffman is a marine conservation biologist who studies sharks and how to protect them. He is an award-winning scientist, writer, and public speaker. The next day, September 19, Dr. Shiffman will present as part of the Biological Sciences Seminar Series at 4 p.m. in Henson 243.
