Take 5 with the Counseling Center on October 7th from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m on the Devilbiss Lawn to explore mindfulness through the five senses!

  • Touch: Relax with Zen gardens, pet friendly pups from Pets on Wheels, and make your own stress ball.
  • Sight: Express yourself through chalking and coloring with others.
  • Hear: Join in the drum circle, experiment with crystal sound bowls, and make a rain stick.
  • Smell: Create your own essential oil scent.
  • Taste: Explore what different flavors bring up for you, and take a candy bracelet so you can continue your mindful experience all day!
