Salisbury University’s Career Services has partnered with Symplicity to provide its careers management platform, CareerGulls. This platform provides you the opportunity to post on-campus jobs plus, this new system can even collect resumes in the platform, if that would be helpful to your process.

To get started in CareerGulls you will first need to register for an account and fill out an employer profile:

1. Go to https://salisbury-csm.symplicity.com/employers

2. Select “Sign Up.”

3. Fill out the registration form.

a. In the spot for Organization Name please list it as “Salisbury University insert your department name

4. Click “Submit.”

5. You will receive an email from Symplicity that your registration has been submitted for review.

We will review your registration within 2-3 business days and contact you with and approval, denial, or request for further information.

The steps for posting a new on-campus job opportunity once logged in are as follows:

1. Click on Job Postings on the left side menu.

2. Double check that you are on the “Job Postings (non-OCR)” tab.

3. Click on “Post A Job” in the middle of the screen.

4. Add your job or internship by filling out all information.

a. When you are posting jobs, please be sure that you are selecting “Student On-Campus” for position type.

Once you have completed the job/internship posting, an admin in Career Services will go in and approve your posting to assure details are adequate for our students. Please allow 2-3 business days for approval.
