Several Seidel School of Education alums were honored as Teachers of the Year at a Gala held at Martin’s Valley Mansion in Baltimore on October 4. Each of Maryland’s 24 counties were in attendance to celebrate the honor bestowed upon them as Maryland Teachers of the Year.
Baltimore County: Stephanie Gerhold, Woodlawn Middle School, ESOL & Spanish Grades 6-8
Caroline County: Danielle Dennis, Colonel Richardson High School, Mathematics Grades 9-12
Dorchester County: Katelyn Robinson, Maple Elementary School, Pre-Kindergarten
Kent County: Kaitlyn Wright, Kent County Middle School, English Language Arts Grade 7
Wicomico County: Debbie Reynolds, Wicomico Middle School, World History Grade 7
Worcester County: Gabrielle Remington, Stephen Decatur Middle School, Reading Intervention Grades 7-8
