In observance of Mental Health Awareness Month this May, we invite you to a special session focused on stress reduction and self-care. Join us for an insightful and rejuvenating event led by Vance Row, a dedicated Mental Health and Awareness Advocate. Vance brings a unique perspective, drawing from his experiences as a former Ocean City Police Officer and Dispatcher. He will share his personal journey and guide participants through gentle yoga exercises designed to alleviate stress and promote relaxation before finals. Please dress comfortably for the yoga exercises. Yoga mats and light refreshments will be provided.
