This May, members of Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma partnered with the Chesapeake Housing Mission to build a wheelchair ramp for Nathaniel Williams. The students began by removing a partially constructed ramp before building a new, fully functional one from the ground up. This hands-on service project allowed students to practice teamwork while making a meaningful impact in the community. Unlike other service events, they were able to see the immediate results of their efforts. Nathaniel expressed deep gratitude and will benefit greatly from the accessibility the ramp now provides.
