The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Salisbury University (SU) recently hosted the Pi Mu Epsilon SU Chapter (Maryland Zeta Chapter) Initiation Ceremony. Pi Mu Epsilon is a non-secret honor society where the purpose is the promotion of scholarly activity in mathematics among students in academic institutions and among the staffs of qualified non-academic institutions. To be eligible to join Pi Mu Epsilon, students must have completed a series of math coursework and maintain high general and major GPA. The Department is honored to present the inductees this year:
