Students During Door Knocking Campaign

SALISBURY, MD—Salisbury University Housing and Residence Life student staff recently visited homes near campus to help foster positive relationships between students and SU neighbors during the University’s annual “Common Ground” door-knocking campaign.

The initiative helps increase students’ awareness of their responsibilities to act as good citizens and addresses neighbors’ concerns about student behavior by allowing them to chat face-to-face. Door-hangers distributed through the initiative offer students living off campus tips for fitting into their new neighborhoods and provide resources for non-students to report any issues.

SU’s fall semester begins Monday, August 28.
