Dear Campus Community,

Human Resources is thrilled to welcome Jaime Parker to our team as the new Recruiting Specialist! Jaime brings a dynamic blend of talent acquisition expertise and strategic HR management skills to this role. Her primary responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment process, developing effective sourcing strategies, organizing hiring events, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract top-tier talent to Salisbury University. Jaime will also contribute to building a strong employer brand, and play a key role in optimizing our recruitment strategies using Workday.

Jaime joins us with over seven years of experience in recruitment and HR, most recently serving as the Human Resources Manager at a local automotive group, where she led all recruitment and hiring efforts. She has a proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates, and her proficiency with systems like Workday and ADP will be invaluable as we continue to enhance our recruitment processes.

Previously, Jaime held roles at Mountaire Farms and Aerotek, where she developed and implemented recruitment strategies, managed HR teams, and organized successful job fairs and hiring events. Her hands-on experience in managing recruitment teams, engaging with candidates, and building a strong presence on social media for recruitment purposes aligns perfectly with our goals of attracting a diverse and talented workforce.

Jaime holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Marketing from Wilmington University. Her academic background, combined with her industry expertise, positions her well to drive impactful recruitment initiatives that will support Salisbury University’s strategic objectives.

We are excited to have Jaime on board and look forward to the positive impact she will make in strengthening our recruitment efforts. Please join us in giving Jaime a warm welcome!

Welcome to the HR team, Jaime!
